6) How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order’s progress.

If you can’t find the tracking info, contact us and we’ll assist.

7) What is your return & refund policy?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 7–14 days of delivery.

Return eligibility:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Include original packaging

Refunds will be issued once the return is inspected.

8) What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Contact us immediately! If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update the address.

Once shipped, we cannot change the address, and you may need to work with the carrier to reroute the package.

9) Can I cancel my order?

Yes — if the order has not yet shipped, we can usually cancel it and issue a refund.

Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
